Ford shows a new coupe Focus for USA markets
These days at the most popular teleshow “American Idol” Ford Company presented coupe Focus Coupe 2009. The model Focus Coupe 2009 will go on sale this summer in the American markets, the first price being 15 920$.
The engineers equipped the car with a 2,0 litre 4-cylinder engine Duratec 20 (DOHC) and the power of 143 hp, working with 5 level mechanical transmission, the sellers interested in robot transmission will get a 140 – powerful version with the same engine and 4 level transmission.
Also, the car will have a super ecological engine Duratec 20E power 130hp, these features classify the car as PZEV. The car’s exhaust system emission, equipped with an engine 20E, clearer than other hybrid cars is powered by benzine-electrical installations. The engines Duratec 20 and 20E are used for Focus Coupe only with robot transmission. Also, the Agency reports that the car uses less than 8 litre for 100 km.
By the time there will be available also the top change – Focus SES - which will get a traditionally high situated spoiler, equipped in the roof.
