Scion FR-S concept
Mariana Puzderi/ Chișinău / Moldova.ORG/ -- The auto society has familiarized with two concepts, already, - FT-86 and FT-86 II. Now we have to admire another one, kindly provided by Toyota.
The car was presented at the New York auto show under the Scion brand, but it won't not go into production before Toyota demonstrates its finished version at the Tokyo motor show this year.
"Scion has been constantly experimenting with new ideas, - said Jack Hollis, the vice president of Scion, - xB, tC and iQ models have become a kind of iconic in the automotive industry and have taken their niche.
FR-S line will expand in new directions, finding a segment that it clearly deserves. "
The car was inspired by the AE86 model of Corolla generation.
The concept is built on a RWD platform, equipped with a 2.0-liter engine, six-speed automatic or mechanical trasmission.
