Volkswagen prepared Scirocco for Nurbourgring
The concern Volkswagen presented the road version concept of the racing coupe Scirocco, which got a “GT24”. From Motor Authority reports it was showed at the tuning show in Austria, in the same time as the racing brother Scirocco the first time debuted in the coming weekend during the 24 hours race in Nurbourgring.
The new car is powered by a turbo 2,0 litre engine TFSI and 300hp. The torsion moment is sent to the fore wheels Scirocco GT24 through the modernized robot transmission with 2 adhesions. The gear shift lever is equipped with new adhension disks and handwheel and also are altered gear-ratios.
Concept Scirocco GT24 has a longer body with 227 mm more in comparison with the typical coupe, and also higher with 67 mm wheelbase. The changed hanger bracket with adjusted shock-absorbers are understated to 75 mm, and under 18-inchlong wheels are hidden 362-mm brake disks in front and 225-mm on the back. 
The inside is completely robbed of comfort elements, that’s why the car’s mass is brought down from 178 kg to 1120 kg. The inside is set with sport chairs from Recaro Company, new steering-wheel, electronic display and fire extinguisher.
Volkswagen confirms that the new car is the precursor of the future loaded alteration Scirocco R.
