The New Chrysler announces new appointments
|
The New Chrysler has announced organizational changes, naming Robert Nardelli as its chairman and CEO, and appointed Ronald Kolka senior vice president and CFO with  expanded responsibilities. Kim Jones, previously vice president, product, procurement and cost management finance, has been appointed as vice president and chief controller. Former director, corporate audit, Laurie Macaddino, has been appointed vice president, corporate audit and compliance.
Karla Middlebrooks, formerly vice president, controlling and finance of DaimlerChrysler financial services Americas, has been appointed vice president, product, procurement and cost management finance. Paul Wolff has been appointed vice president and chief tax counsel.
